Huggableteddybears.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order!
If you are not satisfied with the product that you ordered, call or email our Customer Service Department so we may discuss any options that may be available to you. Unauthorized Returns will not be accepted.
Huggable Teddy Bears wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you should find that we made a mistake with your order, we will exchange or a refund the items. Claim must be made 3 days from date of receipt or will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Personalized, Bulk Wholesale orders (orders which consist of 24 or more items) or orders for items over $200 will be charged a restocking fee equal to 25% of the order total, plus the actual cost of shipping and personalization if returned or refused.
Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned merchandise. Please note shipping charges and personalized portions of the items that can not be resold are non refundable.
If possible, items should be returned in their original packaging with a copy of the original packing list.
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us.
For damaged shipments we offer these options:
1. A replacement of the merchandise, with shipping free of charge.
2. Full refund upon receipt of returned merchandise.
