All orders ship via FedEx or UPS. 10-14 days from artwork approval to shipment. In most cases orders will ship sooner.

Returns and Claims:

While returns of personalized items are generally not accepted, if for any reason we make a mistake in the artwork or the item is not first quality imprinted it will be replaced if notified within 5 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted without written authorization form our office and will be refused . Restocking fee of 25% + the cost of any printed accessories and freight. 

Customer Satisfaction:

All merchandise is sold as First Quality. Any non-conforming goods will be replaced if we are notified within 5 days of delivery.
